[ Friends aren't exactly his forte, and he isn't especially good at figuring out how to interact with peers around his own age. But. When it comes to leading and business, he somehow manages alright. Perhaps, because that is simply what he was raised to do-- take charge. When it comes to guiding the new recruits, he does like to think he is performing decently well, at least.
